Event Staff – AHL hockey games, College hockey and basketball games, arena events.
- Ushers – assisting patrons in all aspects of the arena to ensure a quality and enjoyable experience.
- Ticket takers – Welcoming patrons as they enter the arena scanning their tickets.
- Searchers – Searching patrons and their bags before entering to ensure the safety of the arena.
Event staff hours are mostly nights and weekends.
- Heavy lifting – most be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Late night and weekends a must.
- Arena event set up – stage and chairs.
- Changing arena over from ice hockey to basketball court, events and back to ice hockey.
Starting pay: Minimum wage - $10.10/hour
Must have a valid photo ID, email and phone number to be considered.
Hours are based on the event schedule of the arena.

Hospitality Supervisors-Quick Serve-The Hospitality Supervisor- Quick Serve is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service by supervising Quick Serve staff and supporting the Quick Serve operations at all points of sale. They will assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to Quick Serve Leads and will monitor servers as they provide a variety of pre-made or fresh-to-order snacks, beverages and entrée items from Centerplate's Quick Serve menu. Their top priority will be to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.
Hospitality Cashier-Quick Serve is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service by assisting guests at points of sale. This position typically exists within a sporting or events area, or in a Convention Center with retail food and beverage stands and kiosks. Style of service may include take-away, cafeteria-style, restaurant-style or in-seat service format.
Hospitality Servers/Cooks-Quick Serve is responsible for providing fast and efficient service to customers. They will serve a variety of pre-made or made fresh-to-order snacks, beverages and entrée items from Centerplate's Quick Serve menu. Style of service may be grab-and-go, restaurant-style or in-seat service format.
Suite Servers-Luxury suites provide premium seating opportunities within sporting arenas and other such entertainment venues. Luxury suites are typically owned by individuals or corporations and usually include private dining/reception areas, theater-type seating, flat screen monitors, Internet access and other amenities not found in standard seating sections.
Bartender-The Bartender is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences while accurately mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The Bartender will follow Centerplate standards to ensure that product is of the highest quality in taste and appearance to satisfy guests and maximize bar revenues.
