The CLICK IT or TICKET Box Office is located at the front entrance of the facility on the corner of Main St. & South Frontage Rd.
Will Call Window
Pick-up tickets one hour prior to show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order and a photo I.D.
The Box Office will not release tickets to anyone other than the name given at the time the order was placed. If a patron wishes to authorize another party to pick up their tickets, the name must be entered in the record by Ticketmaster and the individual must have the confirmation # and a photo I.D.

Advanced Ticket Sales
Patrons attending events who wish to purchase tickets for future events may do so at the advance sales window located on the Concourse level behind section 101. The advance sales window remains open through intermission. If there is no intermission, then the window will close 1 hour after the start of the event.
Unless otherwise specified, all children 24 months and older MUST have a ticket and must occupy his or her own seat. Discounted tickets for children may be available for events. Age restrictions and availability of discounted tickets are determined by the event.
Please note that certain shows may have their own policies for children's admission.

Online Ticket Purchasing
Tickets to most events are available to purchase on Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster Outlets or charge by phone 800.745.3000.

Webster Bank Arena is fully compliant with all ADA requirements. All areas of the facility are accessible including the main entrance, box office, concessions, restrooms and all seating areas including luxury boxes.
Seating Areas: Seating areas vary according to the event. Permanent locations for patrons with special needs are located on all three concourse levels of the Arena and are accessible from the ground level via an elevator. Other locations may be available depending on the actual set up of the event. Please check with the box office for locations and availability of seating for patrons with special needs for specific events. In an effort to accommodate as many patrons with special needs as possible, patrons who require special needs seating are limited to one adjacent companion seat. The box office will attempt to accommodate larger parties in nearby seating when available.
Seating for the patrons with special needs can be purchased through the General Public points of sales for the event. Tickets can be purchased at the Arena box office in person, over the telephone by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or by going online through Ticketmaster.com.
Parking: Accessible parking is located in the Parking Garage on South Frontage Road for a fee. All vehicles requiring accessible parking must have the proper decals displayed from the rearview mirror or have a special license plate.
Elevators: Public elevators are available in Webster Bank Arena. Elevators are located at the Premium Seating entrance and the Box Office Lobby. These elevators are strictly designated as preferred use for guests with special needs during all events.
Restrooms/Concession: All public restrooms are designed to be accessible to our guests with special needs. Guests will find accessible features such as stalls, sinks, mirrors, paper towel dispensers and "family" restrooms with baby changing stations. All concession stands on the Concourse Level have counters that meet ADA height regulations.
Assistive Listening Devices: Infrared hearing devices are available for patron use free of charge at Guest Services located on the Concourse Level behind section 116. Patrons are required to leave their drivers' license.
Service Animals / Interpreting Services: Although animals are not allowed in Webster Bank Arena, an exception is made regarding service animals for guests with special needs. Please contact Webster Bank Arena box office about service animals and guests with special needs.
Webster Bank Arena is a smoke free facility. Smoking is permitted outside of the building behind section 113. No re-entry, patrons are not permitted to re-enter the building during an event once they have left. Cameras/video and audio equipment are generally not permitted in the building in order to comply with artist or event restrictions. Certain events may allow limited use. Patrons are encouraged to check with the Box Office for specific event restrictions prior to arriving for the show since we do not have storage capabilities. Shirts and shoes must be worn, no outside food or beverage (incl. water bottles), chains, weapons, laser pointers, aerosol cans, illegal substances, animals, beach balls or other inflatable items, bull horns or noise makers, fireworks, backpacks, signs or confetti.
