Where can I get money at Webster Bank Arena? Are credit cards and checks accepted?

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and cash are accepted at the Arena CLICK IT or TICKET Box Office and Merchandise Stands. Concession stands accept cash and most stands accept major credit cards.
No checks are accepted.
Where is parking and how much does it cost?
Parking is available at surface lots and in the garage. See MAP for details.
Prices vary according to event.
I purchased tickets to a concert that are marked "General Admission." What does that mean?
General Admission means that there are no assigned seats. Seating is obtained on a first-come, first-serve basis. Doors open for most events one hour prior to the scheduled start time, at which time patrons can enter the building and choose their seat. GA tickets marked "Floor" are for the standing room area on the open floor.
How does the lottery system used for concert ticket sales work?
The lottery system begins one hour prior to an event on-sale. Everyone in line at the Arena CLICK IT or TICKET Box Office one hour before opening is given a number. A number is then randomly drawn, and the person holding that number becomes the first person to purchase tickets for the event. The line will form in order beginning with the number drawn. For example, if five numbers are distributed, and 4 is drawn, the line formed would be 4-5-1-2-3. All patrons arriving after numbers are distributed will be put in the back of the line.
How do I obtain a backstage pass for an upcoming concert?
Backstage passes are not available for sale. As they are very limited in number, passes are usually only provided by artist management or fan clubs to select recipients. On occasion, local radio stations will also hold contests in which listeners can win backstage passes for upcoming shows. Webster Bank Arena personnel cannot give or sell backstage passes and are prohibited from giving out any tour personnel information.
