American Dream event

American Dream event July 12th - 16th, 2012

Homeowners struggling with foreclosure, high interest rates and underwater mortgages can get free assistance at the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America's "American Dream" event at Webster Bank Arena July 12-16. All NACA services are free and there is no admission cost. Homeowners will meet directly with banks and lenders, and in some cases obtain same-day solutions. Homebuyers can also obtain an affordable low-interest mortgage with no down payment or closing costs, even if they have less than perfect credit. The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America ("NACA") is a non-profit, community advocacy and homeownership organization. Since 1988, NACA's primary goal is to build strong, healthy neighborhoods in urban and rural areas nationwide through affordable homeownership. NACA has made the dream of homeownership a reality for thousands of working people by counseling them honestly and effectively, enabling even those with poor credit to purchase a home or refinance a predatory loan with far better terms than those provided even in the prime market.
